Lack of Communication

I'm displeased by the lack of communication in terms of delays in busses. Especially long distance, we're supposed to arrive in Cape Town at 19:00 however somehow somewhere, the bus has an overload and luggage is packed in any order, and drivers lack customer service skills. There are lots of people traveling by public transport and it's quite risky to have to travel at night. Had the bus company honored they part, no one would be concerned about traveling arrangements. Now, we just have to accept that instead of arriving at 19:00, we will arrive at 22:00. Something must be done about this.
