KHOMISANI DOESN'T KNOW IF HE'S COMING OR GOING. PAY ME BACK!!!

Your consult Khomisani has been sitting on my refund since JUNE 29th. You people take the money IMMEDIATELY when we book tickets but when you are supposed to refund us we have to wait a lifetime. I emailed Khomisani TWICE last week to follow up on my refund but of course he jogged right past my emails. We were so happy to hear that Greyhound was making a return only to find that the service would be absolutely horrid. This is unacceptable. I want my money!
