Joburg-Bulawayo Buses to improve

Extremely bad service. The buses from Joburg to Bulawayo always breaks down and they seem not to care. Call centre people are rude and uninformed. If a bus delays by 12 hours how can you say you have no idea where it when family members are tracking it. No man. Treat humans with respect. Give Bulawayo better service please
