It's unfortunate that I can't rate zero stars, coz what a sh*t show!

We were waiting for the 13:00 bus from Vanderbijlpark to Cape Town. We arrived the 12:30, the bus came while we were crossing the road & left just as we were standing in front of it waiting for the door to open and for our names to be called. The bus drove off @12:51 before departure time. This left us puzzled as we learnt upon calling your contact center numerous times that the bus was actually in Kroonstaad already. The driver has the nerve to lie and say he actually came out called our names and left @13:00, which is complete lie, and shocked other passengers including those that were waiting for their reliable INTERCAPE bus as they were all witnesses f what was happening.

No wonder they're losing customers rapidly.
