Inhumane conditions in bus for long distance trips

I purchased tickets for my 2 daughters and I to travel from Caoe Town to Johannesburg on 28 December 2023.

This experience was extremely unpleasant. The 11am bus was delayed and only left at 12:45. The main painpoint was that they did not register the aircon for the trip. Firstly, this is inhumane. 20 hours in a bus without air-conditioning is unacceptable Secondly, the bus itself is poorly ventilated with tiny windows. Everything the bus stopped or slowed down, we were sweating like ***s with no cool air coming in. Lastly, the bus only stopped twice (for 15mins at each stop)... this can't be right! We needed a comfort break to use toilets and get food. 15 mins is not even nearly enough for this and caused my young daughters great discomfort.

Your service is substandard and nothing near the promised luxury. I'm highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Would NEVER recommend your busses to anyone.
