Inhuman Service

Extremely painful and frustrating experience! Bus was 3hrs late, tyre puncher which almost caused an accident! You have families on the bus! You have kids can you not be considerate of these factors! How do you make people pay for such horrible service and leave a bad taste in peoples mouth! Your service is terrible! I’m extremely frustrated and honestly wish your service will stop! There’s no ways any human being should go through what you put people through!
