infestation of roaches on Greyhound buses

I am sitting in one of the greyhound buses at the moment, a travel company I only travel with ... Going from Durban to Piet retief. Not even half my journey I have seen a freaking ton of roaches creeping out from the sides of the floor into my bags and falling from the top where there's a gap between the curtain and air conditioning . I have had a roaches crawl on me 3 times which is absolutely filthy and disgraceful for a company that once had good standards and are lacking big time. I thought your travel industry is about comfort. I don't feel comfortable at all. I'm disgusted with this service. I can imagine if the owner has his house infested with roaches like the buses. This isn't the first time I have experienced this, but this was just pathetic to sit in this bus infested with roaches. And other passengers having to kill them with their shoes. I would like something to be done about this ASAP... Or I will be taking this further myself!! I have addressed this issue with the bus attendant as well. I will be waiting for a quick response and a clean comfortable bus when I travel back to durban from Piet retief.Sort out the filthy buses or I will be going to department of health.
