Inefficient services

I have never in my life experienced such bad unempathetic service. After booking a ticket for my 16 year old son from Johannesburg to Mokopane I had to change the departure point to pretoria. I was i formed by all I spoke to that this was impossible. I then tried to cancel the wrong ticket and purchase another that boarded in pretoria. I was again told that this could not be done as there is no space on the bus. Im am fed up with the non service and not my job attitude of these industries.
