Incorrect booking by call centre agent

Call centre agent did an incorrect booking and realised after the amount had gone off my card, she then rebooked and told me the money would be refunded. I have not received a refund and when I asked her she said she does not know when it will come through. I need that money back in my account urgently as I am travelling with a child. No help from you social media pages as well.
