Inconvienient Online services

I just purchased return bus tickets from the Greyhound website. I paid via credit card. After the purchase has been finalized, I am informed that I will need to pick up my tickets at a Shoprite, Checkers, Checkers Hyper or House and Home Stores prior to boarding the bus. Had I know this I would have just went directly to those stores to purchase my tickets. And guess what???, the tickets cost less than what I had paid for online had I purchased them from those stores.
