Inconvenient

I took a 22:30 bus which left at 22:42. In PMB I was asleep in a seat against the window where I had initially requested. The hostess came to me and asked me to change a seat to accomodate a woman with a child, when I told him that it was too much to ask he then asked me "what do you suggest we do?" This question really irritates the **** out of me because this was their problem not mine, furthermore, he woke me up. Greyhound made a mess with their bookings then they asked a passanger for their solution, I was up until until Montrose at 02:05 and we were supposed to leave at 02:25 According to his announcement but we left late, therefore we arrived late
