Inconvenience at it's most

Here in Johannesburg park station waiting for the bus to Maputo ,The bus was scheduled for 22:00 on the 29/12/17 was here at 21:30 and it's now 23:39 we still waiting . No one is communicating anything to us and we are cold outside not knowing if we'll leave today or not , we have people waiting to pick us up at our destination and we just don't know what to tell.
