Inconsiderate on-board staff

My husband and I are currently on a bus trip to Cape Town and almost as soon as midnight struck, the bus driver decided to put on very loud music. I approached him twice, asking him to turn the volume down and still the loud music continues. As reliable a brand as Greyhound is, I definitely will not consider making use of their services again until I am assured that such inconsiderate instances wont reoccur.
