Inconsiderate

My boyfriend and I booked two bus tickets from Cape Town to Johannesburg. But to my surprise I got a bus that had I enjoy driver, uncomfortable seats that don't recline, no toilet in the bus and no air conditioning. This is a 16 hour trip the least I could have gotten was a comfortable seat that reclines, more than one driver to drive the bus and a toilet for emergencies. Citiliner is the same as greyhound and I expected the same great service. I paid a lot of money for a shirty service. I am an unhappy and very irritated customer.
