Incompetence

1st of September 2022 I had a very terrible experience with Greyhound SA we were supposed to leave at 11am we ended leaving at 1pm no explanation no sms nothing.This is from Cape Town to Johannesburg. To make things worse the bus broke down for a solid 5 hour in the middle of nowhere 😭 yoh this bus🚮🚮🚮 it’s 02:21am now we still waiting 5 hours later. Charging port not working, lights not working, dvd viewing not working either just incompetence!
