Im pinned into my seat

<p>The woman in front of me sitting in seat 1A reclined her seat to such an extent that i am not able to move out of my seat as i am seated in seat 2A. So when the bus stopped and she left, i had to either jump over the railing or squeeze myself painfully out my seat. I asked her to please move her seat slightly upwards so i can be mobile in my seat. She refused. And after talking to staff about it, they just told me to ask her to move when i want to move out of my seat. Im sorry but i think this is very wrong, i am not able to use the emergency exist, and for this i deserve a refund. </p>
