*******e passport stamps/dangerous policys

My wife travelled from Matola to Macdonald rosettenville. ticket numberB37vw6d0. I booked a ticket from computicket and sent my wife the reference number. when the reference number was given to Flavia she rudely shouted my wife as she had to phone Maputo to get the seat number. . At the time it was approved the driver took off with the bus and left the luggage behind. A family friend had to drive and cut off the bus in order for it to stop 10 kilometers later. as per Tumelo only by him being cut off can he stop. Clearly if this instruction is from head office it is a dangerous instruction. Once the bus arrived at macdsi spoke to tumelo which rudely cut me off. only once I mentioned that I seen him give a lady with a blue and white dress their passport which he took across the boarder to get it stamped was he willing to speak to me. greyhound takes Mozambican passports before they expire to the boarder to get it stamp with out the passengers and charge r300 a stamp,r600 a return. is this not *******. One would have thought customer service and passenger is key. greyhound if you are serious get the footage from mcdonald as it is evident you are ina ******* trade .passengers first
