I wasn't assisted. Right now I have no ticket even though I bought one 5 days ago.

The worst EVER! Bought 2 tickets online, 5 days before the trip and they have a never to cancel just a few hours before with no alternative or solution. The next thing they tell me that refunds take 21 days. I have to go burry a loved one in another province at that time. They referred me to Eldo coaches who couldn't assist but kept on telling about how much Citiliner is shifting the responsibility. I spend 4 hours at the Eldo coaches office for absolutely NOTHING! They ended up advising that I cancel and book another trip, which means I have to top us over R500 as prices have changed. I wouldn't advise Citiliner even to my worst enemy! Their call center is pathetic to say the least. The consultant couldn't even be bothered. She just told me she doesn't know why its canceled and she doesn't know a way forward, but I'll get a refund eventually. What a shame! ELDO coaches is worse! Citiliner has lost yet another customer. You have abused me today I don't want to lie! I left work early to come and sort out my trip only to find out that was another wasted time. I hate you all from the top down to those useless consultants in your call center!
