I want my refund Greyhound Citiliner

My trip was cancelled on the 19th of April due to bus strike. I was told i would be refunded within 2weeks because I bought using a credit card. I gave in all the relevant information that was required filled a form and supp**** a copy of my tickets. It's the 18 of May today Mpho Mabote has been making promises and no refund. I really need my refund back. I have used so much airtime following up on this case.
