I want my refund from Greyhound

I booked a ticket with Greyhound on the 11th of August 2025 to Johannesburg from P.E for the 24 August 2025, Later had an emergency i had to attend so I had to cancel my ticket so I called them on the 19th August 2025 to cancel and the did cancel and ticket and sent me refund forms on the 20th August 2025 to fill in and so I did fill them in and sent them back with the relevant documents on the 21st August 2025,22nd August 2025 received an email from acknowledging my documents...Up until today I haven't received my refund,sent an email to them on the 11th September 2025 asking about my refund ,they responded same day saying it will take up to 14days but still nothing and then I again sent them another email after asking about the 14days and they told me about refunds take up to 21 and 30 working days to reflect into my account but due to backlog it may take up to and month to be completed..It has been over a month now and still no refund in my account,called them several time with no straight response of to why I haven't received my money,I will call them again tommorow...
