I want my refund back...

I bought a bus ticket on the 17th March from JHB to Nelspruit that will depart on the 19th March at 9:00am. Get to the bus station just before 7:30. I asked securities I'm told the bus is not here yet I should wait. They even come around to check the tickets. 08:30 am still waiting I'm asking they securities they now say they don't know but they say the bus is canceled. I called *** at 08:46 Zanele answers gave her my reference she checks and tell tells me that the bus is canceled the sent sms on the 18th of March I asked her to which number because clearly I did not get it she calls out my number I advise her I did not get it she says she doesn't know why. Furious as I am I'm rushing to a taxi with the money I borrowed for the inconvenience caused. Then the sms that I was supposed have gotten on the 18th is received on the 19th of March at 09:15 about a bus that is canceled that was supposed to leave at 8:00am after I make a call asking why is it( which really made feel like a fool). I called again at 09:18am telling them I want a refund they say I can reschedule but the do not do refunds (like what heck?) I had to borrow money for taxi of which I have I have to pay back because on they could not communicate. I want my money. Because that was a once off trip and not gonna use a bus again.
