I WANT MY REFUND😡😡😡😡

I submitted a refund request to Greyhound on 22 August 2025 (***). Their policy states refunds are processed within 21–30 working days, but I have not received my refund. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and calls, I have been ignored. They also deducted a R100 admin fee but failed to provide efficient service. This is unacceptable, and I am requesting urgent intervention to ensure my refund is paid.
