I want my refund

I booked a ticket on the 28th of May. I wanted to travel to Johannesburg on the 7th of June, on the 5th I asked for a refund because my trip was canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. I sent them an email, and the responded the following day, they said I should send certain documents for me to get my refund, did as enquired, sent all the documents and they said I will get my refund in few days. Even today on the 4th of July I am still waiting for my refund. When I email them they don't respond to my emails. Citiliner plus I want my money!
