I need help

My name its kefilwe , i bought a return ticket at computickert at Johannesburg for my trip to empangeni ,the next day when I wanted to show my friends how much the ticket cost me i realized that the date that booked thoes not match with the ticket i called the company to let them know that my return ticket its they told me I was supposed to read their terms and conditions which I dit not get now I'm supposed to return tomorrow which is 23 of March 2019 soh I can't get home tomorrow because they say there's nothing they will do for me courses I cant pay twice for the ticket and I dnt have money to go home please help
