I am very disappointed with the bus service , firstly the trip was overpriced and they failed to keep time

I am very disappointed with the bus service , firstly the trip was overpriced and they failed to keep time . The driver had to stop for 45 minutes for his personal reasons without communicating with the passengers. A trip to Durban from PTA was supposed to be 8 to 9 hours but ended up being 12 hours 😭This is totally unacceptable!!
