hygiene problems

The overall service was good. I just have a problem with the duration and amount of meal breaks. The video state that the onboard bathroom facility is only for emergency use, but emergencies are created if there are only 3 meal/bathroom breaks in a 22-hour bus ride and if these breaks are only 15 minutes long. It is inhuman to have only 3 meal/ bathroom breaks in a journey from Pretoria to Cape Town. Fifteen minutes is not sufficient for everyone on a 60 seater bus to go to the bathroom and buy some food at the meal/bathroom breaks. I know time is money, but the client must always come first. You need to consider providing more meal/bathroom breaks and increasing the duration to at least 30 minutes.
