Hygiene and Standards Dropping

I bought a return ticket and used it this weekend since I was going to a funeral. Oh boy oh boy the Dreamliner coach was filthy with coachroaches running up and down. All the buses needs to be fumigated regularly. Inside toilets were dirty. There were no hostess, evern coffee was not served anymore. Let us start about the old movie content and cartoons that were played. I am not sure whether your microphone was working or not, the driver had to shout break 15minutes. Yeeer my trip was super uncomfortabl and disappointing.Let us not start with your buses being always late. MANAGEMENT is letting us down. WE ARE NOT GETTIN OUR MONEY'S WORTH.
