Hygiene and standards dropping

Good day, I bought a return ticket and used it this weekend since I was going to a funeral. Oh boy oh boy, the Dreamliner coach was filthy with ****roaches running up and down. All buses need to be fumigated regularly. Inside the toilets were dirty. There was no hostess, even coffee was not served anymore. Let us start about the old movie content and cartoons that were played. I am not sure whether your microphone was working or not, the driver had to shout break 15minutes. Yeeer my trip was super uncomfortable and disappointing. Let us not start with your buses being always late. MANAGEMENT is letting us down. WE ARE NOT GETTING OUR MONEY'S WORTH.

I sent this complaint last year October and no one has responded to my complaint.
