South Africa - DBN to PTA: I booked and paid for a dreamiliner ticket. I received an SMS at 19h42 saying the bus was delayed from 21h15 till 23h00. I called and confirmed that this was my bus that was delayed. I arrived at the bus station, and saw it was a citiliner bus. They informed me that there is no dreamliner, it has left already. I had the worst trip of my life, the citiliner bus stopped many times, was overloaded, had to stop and wait for other overloaded busses to take on more of their passengers. Drivers and staff are unprofessional and rude. Bus is uncomfortable, seats broken. Reference; 5RQDQPX

then sending me a delayed generic email offering me 30% back on my fare is your idea of how to remedy this situation? Your handling of complaints is as bad as your treatment of passengers.
