Horrific service @bosman station :Cityliner busses !!!

If I could rate a zero I would!!! My younger brother got a horrific terrible service today at Bosman station, he arrived at 08:20 for a 09:00 bus only to be told they will let him know when the bus arrives, he kept asking over 4 times and they kept saying they will alert him, the bus came and left and was told that an announcement was made, I mean after actively interacting with the cityliner workers more than once where they even got irratated, , I called head office and was told they can’t do anything cause it’s our word against the team in Bosman! What bul*** , no sense for customer service I don’t even know why head office is there after today’s treatment, had to wait until 14:00 for a so called manager who never even pitched!!! I would suggest NEVER to book this service… it’s evident I should’ve read reviews before booking this bus ticket … total nonsense and my money down the drain !!!!!!!
