Horrific experience when travelling with greyhound and an even more traumatic ordeal at the bus station.

I booked a greyhound bus ticket set for 20:15 pm from Durban to Johannesburg but received an sms informing me about a delay setting my bus trip now at 22:00pm. When I arrived at the Eldo Coaches bus station to board the Greyhound bus, there was an even further delay as the station was chaotic and lacked administrative structure. Whilst waiting, which was much over an hour, I (a female) was physically and verbally harassed by a male. Feeling scared and despondent I tried looking for a security guard or a staff member of the greyhound team, but to no avail. As if that wasn’t enough, when we finally arrived in Johannesburg, the bus sped right past the allocated drop off location and the driver did not even bother to inform the passengers of a change in the drop off location. I am appalled by the terrible customer service and even more disappointed in the lack of humanity.
