Horrible trip

<p>I was very disappointed on the 28th of December with the experience I had with Greyhound, my trip was from Johannesburg to Pietetmaritzburg. The 1st thing that went wrong with my trip was the arrival time of the bus at Parkstation, we were scheduled to leave at 8:30 am but ended up leaving at 10:15 making the bus an hour and 45 minutes late, the second thing was we paid for a Dreamliner and we did not get a dreamliner or a refund for the downgrade thirdly the tv did not function hence we had a long quiet trip, I paid R480 for nothing but bad service and amateur behaviour. I am really disappointed with Greyhound a well known and respected coachline.</p>
