Horrible travel experience

We have a terrible experience traveling on a city liner bus back to the eastern cape. What I'm annoyed about the most is that I have send 3 emails to them and never did this company even have the decency to respond to respond to the query. If I knew how to take the matter further up I would. This is so disgraceful for such a institution to treat clients this way. I am in no way happy with their service at all. Annoyed
