HORRIBLE SERVICE THAT GREYHOUND OFFERS!!!

What shockingly, horrible service!!!!

Lost my luggage almost three months ago due to Greyhound handing me the wrong bag and with it being night I could not immediately see that it was not my bag. Did everything they requested me to do and they just don't care about you.

They called me back ONCE and that was only because I complained about their services on Facebook.

I am truly shocked how little you care about your clients and not even willing to follow up.

I would NEVER recommend Greyhound to anyone!!!
