Horrible service

Worst bus to choose to travel with.🚮 I am convinced Greyhound and Citiliner are ******** some people. I booked a bus for 22:30 and I waited up until 01:00. When I called to ask about the delay they said they’d get back to me and they never did.

I decided to book Intercape and requested a refund of which it’s November now and I haven’t received my refund, this happened in September. 🚮Do not even bother using Citiliner or Greyhound
