Horrible service at the depot

Horrible experience from the Cape Town to Bellville. An Eldo bus had to take us from Cape Town to Bellville where we had to unload our luggage and load it again to the Citiliner bus. 2 hour delay. The only upside to this is that the drivers were very pleasant and extremely helpful to the lady who needed extra care. I give the drivers 5 stars for their humanity.
