Horrible service @ Greyhound

Bus was 2 hours late. Was suppose to be in Joburg at 19:30 from Seunda. I have another bus at 21:00. Missed both trips. No humanity at all standing in an unsafe area in Secunda and Greyhound gives no indication of how long the delay is.
