Horrible service and theft

3rd Dec 2025 greyhound called to advise they are cancelling my ticket for 28th December 2025 because there are road works. The person was cold,unsympathetic & hung up on me. Called back to arrange refund.Sent required docs was promised refund withing 24hrs yet nothing todate. I have been sending emails and im being ignored. Sent an email to *** yet still no money in my account.
