Horrible Service

My mother travelled via Greyhound from cape town to pretoria she was on her way to polokwane and had to wait for another Greyhound bus in pretoria, yet they cancelled without informing her. She had to go to the ticket office at the bus station to ask if the bus is late and only then they informed her that the bus was canceled. My mom of almost 70 years of age had to walk and get in a taxi to reach her destination. This in a place she does not know. Greyhound belongs to Aldo's according to my knowledge, yet I see no one attends to the complaints...

This company is utterly pathetic and inhumane.
