Horrible service
I waited for 47min until my airtime ran out to speak to someone and still couldn't speak to someone. I just want to cancel my tickets.

18 Mar 2020, 00:04I just spend another 1h16min on the phone and they dropped my call when I finally got through!!!!!!!!! This is totally unacceptable!!!!!! I just want to cancel my bus tickets!!!!! It is 10 pm and they still don't answer their phones!!!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!
