Horrible service

I booked a bus for my mother from Warrenton to Johannesburg on 9 August. The bus was scheduled to arrive at 7:45am, however it only arrived after 12pm, which resulted in a delay of over 4 hours.

The SMS that she received indicated that it will be a short delay and passengers should remain at the bus stop.

Furthermore, all the other busses that came from Cape Town was on time, which confirms that the delay was not due to traffic or road works and it is Greyhound’s fault.

For a women to wait for over 4 hours at a bus stop is not safe, what if something happened to her? We live in South Africa were women are ****d, kidnapped and killed on a daily basis.

If the SMS confirmed that the bus was 4 hours behind schedule this whole situation could’ve been avoided.

This is totally unacceptable, especially on women’s day.

I will never use Greyhound again.
