Horrible service

I had the worst experience using Greyhound for bulawayo to johannesburg. Firstly it got bulawayo for check in very late, there was no one said anything to us as to why was the bus late. Secondly we had to stop in the middle of nowhere for them to give the bus from Harare a trailer. Thirdly we had to change with pple going to bulawayo ND we were given a useless bus which broke down just after midrand. One would think using Greyhound you would get better service. This is the worst trip ever.
