Horrible Service

The service offered by this bus is horrible, it got delayed for three hours and not even an apology was received from them. Bus was intended to leave Durban at 22h00 they said it got delayed for 15 minutes, when we got in, they told us to get out because it was leaking we eventually left Durban after 23h00pm. No apologies or anything, the bus was suppose to arrive at 05h00am but we got to Joburg after 08h00am and still no explaination or what ever... This was on the 02nd of February. When i returned back from Joburg to Durban on the 07th of February the lavatory was stinking.
