Horrible Service

On 29/07 we were supposed to board a bus at 21.00 from PTA to DBN, the bus was delayed, the staff did not communicate properly when the bus will arrive we just had to wait. Eventually we were told to move to another part of the area where an unmarked bus was waiting again no proper communication from their staff. we heard from the guy that was loading our bags that we gonna be transferred to another bus in Midrand. Greyhound service is trash that's the best way I can describe it. Coming back on 09/08, we got to JHB station the driver tells us to go to another bus that will take us to PTA only to be told that was wrong we must go back to the bus that we came with. The bus leaves JHB station only to turn back to pick up more people who had loads and loads of stuff dumping it on the passage, one guy even had a bicycle, I've never seen this kind of nonsense. Greyhound is horrible, I'll never use them again.
