Horrible horrible service from Greyhound Citiliner

Terrible service!!! I booked a bus ticket for my dad and the bus were supposed to arrive at 8pm, its almost 4 hours later and STILL NO SIGN OF THE BUS! Its 8 degrees outside and raining!! All we got is a lame thank you for your patience message. Phoned the call centre multiple times and NO ANSWER!!! Two Citiliners came and go, and all they got to say was the bus will be late, its still in Bellville. So its almost midnight and they expect us to wait until when???!!! I want a refund?! Horrible service from them!!!! Sies!!! They might aswell close down for all that I care. No customers service whatsoever! And no respect for peoples time! If you cant do proper business then close your doors please!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
