What a horrible experience with Greyhound, booked a ticket that costed me R705 that was supposed to leave Park Station at 10pm, only to be told that the bus I booked was not available 10 min before the actual departure time, we had to wait for another 1 hour before we got our bus, no communication, no accountability or just a simple "we are sorry for the delay".
