Horrible Greyhound service ans non adherence to covid regulations

Worst service ever! Busses filthy and have a stench of urine.. Covid regulations not adhered to.. Call Centre staff rude so as bis drivers . My mom whose elderly fell and hurt her hip and leg because drivers just pulls off abruptly without warning.. Driver stopped on free way to drop my family 1x Elderly, 3 kids, 1 infant and 2 adults after he pulled off 2 minutes after stopping in Midrand without warning.. Bear in mind we had hand luggage and 6 bags.. When getting bags no verification. Any person can take any bag. Stickers useless by far..

Im never Ever traveling Greyhound.
