Horrible Greyhound Bus Experience

What a nightmare!!!! 26.042023 Travel from Pretoria to Cape Town * NO Greyhound bus to depart from Pretoria. An hour late cityliner bus came to fetch us. Only to Johannesburg. * Another hour and a half delay in Johannesburg. According to Greyhounds head office the bus is in Brakpan. They were busy washing it. Same thing was told to me at 10h00 and then 12h15 as well. When we eventually get on the bus: * Bus driver were very rude to a lady with an sick girl. * Aircon does not work * Most of the cellphone charger plugs does not work * Some of the seats is broken. You can only lay on your back. * The reading lights does not work

* It is now 00h03 on 27.04.2023 the next morning. We are more than an hour at the edge of a road just outside Cholesberg. There are No communication from the bus drivers regarding the problem. * A lot of ***kerlakke on the bus. * The basin in the toilet overflow into the bus. * The toilet don't flush. * Not to mention that here is nothing about the promises of isle or window bookings. A big argument regarding seats. * No dvds playing

And we are still stuck next to a very dark very lonely road. Sitting in the bus. Don't know what is going on. To scared to get out in the dark.

At last we depart from the dark road at 00h07 the next morning. No explenation at all!!!!!

This is not the first time the bus was utterly late. It is an ungoing problem. As well all the stuff that's broken on the bus. As well as the ***kerlakke.

The Greyhound bus service is pathetic
