Horrible experience with Greyhound operated by Eldo Coaches in South Africa!!!

What a horrible experience! First of all, we have been trying to get ahold of someone to assist us with an issue we had with regards to our tickets !! No one has helped us YET !! A ****ty customer service, with a false adverti*****t of "24 hours customer service" number or statement at the back of the buses ! TODAY , 13 April, we have been waiting for a bus since 19:30 at Bellville, the time now is 21:15 !! The only bus here is the one that is faulty !! We were told that a bus is coming from the airport depot around 19:40 already, right now no one has said anything concrete with regards to what exactly is happening!! What is this !!!?
