Horrible experience Greyhound couch liners!!!

Never buy greyhound tickets!!!I purchased two tickets for my granny and het sister for the greyhound luxury liner. The buss that arrived at the pickup point was Eldo couches which is almost half the price of the greyhound tickets! The bus was dirty,the seats filthy with no space whatsoever,I got on the bus to help them find seats and I could barely breath it was extremely hot and humid and the smell was horrific with no ventilation whatsoever. They got off the buss at the first stop at Riviersonderend and I had to fork out R800 toe get them on another bus.
